This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who is motivated, a good communicator, and capable of effectively prioritising their workload. It involves both independent work and teamwork, focusing on achieving personal KPI targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the external sales team, processing a large volume of orders, handling customer queries and complaints via phone, live chat, and email, and working towards personal and team goals.

Who are you?



Essential Criteria:



A candidate who demonstrates our core values and puts the customer at the heart of everything they do GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles A confident, courteous, and professional telephone manner when handling both inbound and outbound calls Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail Comfortable working in a high-volume environment, responding to queries via phone and email Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively

Desirable Criteria:



A formal qualification such as a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or support-focused position IT proficiency, particularly experience using SAP or similar business systems

Key Skills:



A proactive approach to work, embracing company values. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload. Proficiency in Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making. Willingness to travel for training.

Training:



Ongoing training to build confidence in handling customer queries. Ad-hoc visits to teams in Newry, Northern Ireland, Derby, Liverpool, and Belgium for training.
