The

Customer Service Advisor

is a pivotal role in our mission to provide the best experience and service for our customers.

What you'll do:


Provide basic technical information on Superglass and Sterling products and services and process all purchase orders accurately and effectively. Monitor and answer all telephone enquiries in a friendly, professional manner, including questions regarding prices, quotations, and price lists. Monitor and address all customer complaints promptly and empathetically in accordance with Company procedures. Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock availablility and prompt delivery of all customer orders.



What you'll bring:


Demonstrable experience working within a customer-orientated environment in a customer-facing role. A strong service mindset with a "customer first" attitude. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong workload management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload appropriately. A team player who communicates through empathy and care.
