We are seeking a dedicated
Customer Service Advisor
to join our growing team in Ecommerce.

Your duties will include responding to customer enquiries via inbound and outbound calls, online chat, email, and social media platforms offering excellent service and product knowledge. Full training will be provided to support you in your new role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via all communication points
Process phone orders and transactions
Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and brands to assist customers effectively
Process and manage orders, returns, and exchanges
Communicate with suppliers to coordinate replacements, repairs, or credit requests
Monitor ongoing issues and follow up with customers and suppliers until resolution
Complete order checks to maintain SLA's
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Handle customer complaints and escalate if necessary
Manage customer returns and issue refunds in line with company policy
Investigate claims of faulty products and offer appropriate resolutions
Communicate with suppliers to coordinate replacements, repairs, or credit requests
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
What We're Looking For:
Experience using Shopify required
Experience using PVX, Zendesk, and Inventory Planner is desired
Experience in a phone based Customer service role is desired
Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy periods
A proactive and empathetic approach to resolving customer issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
