Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the courier and logistics sector
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
