Job Description


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Distributor based in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional communication as well as supporting day to day operations.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Utilising telephone with customer and key stakeholders.
  • Placing forward orders in line with monthly order cut off.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database
  • Ensuring all spreadsheets and systems are up to date and correct.
  • Take ownership of your personal objectives and development.
  • Work within the Data Protection policy to ensure that we are meeting our obligations
  • Managing the end to end order process

The successful candidate will be/have:
  • Confident telephone manner.

  • B2B customer experience
