Job Vacancy: Service Advisor - Knypersley MOT Test Centre (ST8 7BD)
We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our growing independent garage team in Knypersley.
About the Role:
As our Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers - in person, by phone and online. You'll help book appointments, explain work required, prepare estimates and ensure customers are kept up to date throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and manage bookings
Communicate clearly about repairs, MOTs and services
Liaise between customers and technicians
Create and manage job cards, estimates and invoices
Handle parts ordering and stock updates
Maintain accurate records and provide excellent service throughout
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a similar customer service or garage-based role
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
Knowledge of cars and repairs (helpful but not essential)
Comfortable with computers / garage management software

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
