Job Description

The role of Customer Service Advisor is to be the first point of contact for the customers of Emma Bridgewater, representing the service and brand values to an excellent and consistent level. The role involves supporting the Customer Service Team through the effective day-to-day management of the relationship with our customers, taking ownership of customer problems and making well-informed decisions whilst working in a fast-paced, customer focused team.

Key duties and responsibilities:



Manage the relationship with our customers by responding to telephone calls, emails and letters in a timely and professional manner. Take ownership of all correspondence, maintaining positive relationships to ensure repeat and return customers. Take telephone orders and process payments accurately ensuring transactions and customer information are actioned in adherence with data security and compliance standards. Liaise with other departments and external agencies to resolve enquiries and escalations. Identify urgent issues or concerns about our products, our service, or our brand ensuring they are quickly resolved and in a professional manner. Keep abreast of the product and services we offer, making the customer aware of any new initiatives, promotions or opportunities to make their purchasing opportunity more appealing. Follow best practice by adhering to department processes and procedures ensuring data input is handled securely and all transactions are completed accurately and actioned with integrity. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.55 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
