Roger Skinner Limited is seeking a dedicated and personable
Customer Services Advisor
to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide support for order processing and customer account management
Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Assist with general administrative duties related to customer service and sales support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or office support role
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
