Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing and award-winning customer service operation based in the Sunderland area as a Customer Service Advisor.
This role is perfect for those with no previous customer service or contact centre experience as you will receive full training and ongoing support to give you the skills needed for the role.
In the role, you will deal with incoming calls from existing customers with the aim of resolving any concern and giving excellent customer service at all times.
For you:
12.30 per hour
Full-time & permanent
