for all incoming calls & enquiries, providing exceptional service to customers & supporting internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and managing a
high volume of inbound calls
each day
Handling a variety of call types - from general enquiries, supporting customers throughout their installation process and problem resolution
Liaising with multiple departments
to ensure timely responses and solutions
Providing clear, professional & friendly communication at all times
Supporting the wider team with administrative & customer-related tasks
Your Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is confident, organised & passionate about customer service. You'll be comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers handling different types of queries daily.
Previous
customer service/call-handling experience
(contact centre, office or reception)
Excellent
telephone manner
and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to
multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Worked in customer service within ECO enviro (desirable)
