About the role:
Answering large volumes of telephone calls, emails and webchat from customers and suppliers for our entire group.
Dealing with first line enquiries from customers.
Generate rich leads for the showroom teams.
Support the showroom team by scheduling appointments with customers and following up on leads.
Accurately input customer information and enquiries on to our databases.
Work to targets and KPI's set out by the contact centre managers.
Confidently, professionally, and proactively engage with customers to build relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
The ability to handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Assisting with other tasks if required.
About you:
You will have the ability to become part of a highly motivated Team, driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be enthusiastic and positive with experience of working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre.
Skills required:
Computer literate & Proficient in Microsoft packages.
Experience working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre.
Be able to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding ability to clearly communicate with customers via telephony, email and livechat.
A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
Full UK driving licence is required.
Hours:
Rolling 4-week shift pattern. 42 hours per week over 5 days, including weekend and bank holiday work.

Pay: 26,797.00-29,000.00 per year
