We specialise in mobile bodyshop solutions for minor vehicle damage carrying out repairs at locations convenient for our customers. Our head office team work closely with our field technicians ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional service.
The Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to be our first point of contact for our customers and provide support to our field technicians. You will manage daily inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to repair bookings and general repair enquiries for our customers and providing real-time support to our field-based team.
We are looking for someone who is customer focussed, enjoys helping people and has an ability to create an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Book customer appointments for repairs and services, ensuring accurate scheduling within SLA
Provide information on our services, pricing, and general enquiries
Liaise with field-based team to provide support and schedule coordination
Use Microsoft teams and other internal platforms to liaise with field-based teams and other departments
Maintain customer records and update internal booking systems
Receive and acknowledge customer complaints, ensuring they are escalated in line with the complaints process
Support other administrative tasks as needed within the team
Essentials for the role:
Previous experience in a customer service, scheduling or contact centre role
Excellent communication skills and a confident and friendly phone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using IT software including MS Office applications (e.g teams, outlook). CRM experience is also desirable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to delivery great customer experience
