Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional guidance throughout their tailoring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store, providing excellent service at all times
Handle inquiries in person and over the phone
Advise customers on tailoring options, fabrics, and alteration services
Record customer details and measurements accurately
Process payments
Ensure the shop remains tidy, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in fashion, tailoring, or clothing alterations
Knowledge of an additional language is a strong advantage and will help you connect with our diverse customer base.
