As a

Customer Service Advisor

, you'll play a vital role in providing top-tier support to our customers over the phone. You'll be their first point of contact, helping with everything from order processing to resolving issues, ensuring each interaction is positive and professional. You'll be handling a high volume of inbound calls and orders--on average, 60 calls and 70+ orders per day--so we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment. Your Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls and customer queries with professionalism and care Process orders, manage delivery issues, returns, and account-related inquiries Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Deal with complaints and time-sensitive requests with empathy and urgency
