Based in the picturesque market town of Thirsk, we operate in a 10,000 sq ft unit working on a diverse and interesting range of German brand vehicles.

We seek a customer service advisor to join our friendly and passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and drive for the industry and possess excellent mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, independence and dedication to delivering a high-quality service. Candidates should have:

Experience and basic knowledge of the industry A positive attitude and work ethic, with a high level of professionalism Good ability to problem solve and work individually Ability to communicate well within the team

Duties:

Being the primary point of contact for customer with bookings, queries and updates In charge of phone calls, emails, messages and billing for customers Parts management Liasing with the workshop to ensure cars meet customer deadlines and problem solving where needed Marketing with our social media platforms and keeping the website up to date
