About the role:
In assigned territory act as first contact point for customers. Process orders and coordinate complaint management/returns with relevant stakeholders to achieve high customer service excellence.
Role & responsibilities
Act as first contact point for customer service;
Process customer orders and re-orders according to quality standards and targets.
Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements continuously.
Complete relevant reporting and admin tasks.
Coordinate customer complaints, returns management
Represent contact point for customers for any kind of questions related to delivery/order management
