Job Description

Do you enjoy speaking to customers on a daily basis and helping with their queries. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work in a busy inbound call centre.
No experience necessary, but confident on the telephone. This role would ideally suit someone who is looking to get into an office after working in Retail or Hospitality, who has had customer service experience.
You will be speaking to customers who are looking to book holidays, so really nice calls to take, you need to enjoy speaking to customers and helping them make the right choices.
You will need to drive, as this role is based just outside of Towcester, Milton Keynes side
The Role

This is a Temp to Perm position going permanent after 12-weeks
Salary is 12.21/hour increasing once past probation to 12.98/hour (annual salary 27,000)
40 hour per hour - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
