We are Checkmyfile, provider of the most detailed credit report you can get. We give practical guidance, support and encouragement, based on decades of relevant knowledge and experience, to help people understand their credit health.
We're the only credit report provider that shows detailed information from the three main Credit Reference Agencies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, in one place. And with our dedicated customer service team on hand, we're committed to guiding our customers along on their credit journey.
What you'll make happen:
You'll deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint, giving our customers a high-quality and personalised experience by phone, email, and secure message
You'll showcase our customer-first approach by championing the importance of good customer service internally and externally
You'll help guide our customers through their credit report, helping them get a better understanding of their credit health and the steps they can take to progress
You'll develop your knowledge and understanding of credit reports, remaining up to date on related industry developments, regulatory changes, and customer service best practice to make sure our customers always receive a brilliant experience
Who we're looking for:
Essential:
You have experience in a customer service or a people-focused position, and are looking for your next opportunity to develop your skills and deliver great service
You're resilient when working under pressure and happy to take on challenges
You're comfortable multi-tasking, such as taking phone calls and responding to customer queries
You've got good communication, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working with computers and programs like MS Office
What

A base salary of 25,000, as well as potential to earn up to 15% of salary as performance-related pay (up to 28,750 OTE).
