Summary:



We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, who has the ability to prioritise tasks and who works well as part of a team. This role can offer exciting routes for progression for the right individual.

About the role:



As a Customer Service Advisor, it will be your role to support our Insurance Advisors and provide a high level of service to our Members and potential customers. We pride ourselves on excellent customer care and providing informative, considered responses. As part of our friendly team, you will be supported throughout your career and be actively encouraged to develop your skills and expertise.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for:



Providing a high-quality service to all customers by telephone, email and webchat. Supporting Insurance Advisors by maintaining customer relationships and administrative support. Processing payments, policy amendments and updating core operating systems.

Skills and Experience- you will:



Have great customer retention and rapport-building skills Have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Possess strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask. Work well as part of a team to support our service proposition. Be adaptable and able to rise to new challenges Be ambitious and ready to study for professional qualifications
