The role of Customer Service Advisor:
Contact centre advisors are essential and valued members of our team.
Daily duties will include liaising with our customers, ensuring they receive a great service, guaranteeing that escalation processes are adhered to in line with company guidelines, ensuring all calls are logged on our system, and hitting monthly targets.
