Job Description

As the first point of contact, by phone, online or in person - you'll play a vital role in supporting the public. You'll listen actively, ask the right questions, and provide clear, empathetic advice to help resolve enquiries, including those of a sensitive nature.
You'll need:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills with the ability to work from two screens simultaneously
  • The ability to manage multiple demands under pressure
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork
