Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and technical support related to financial products.
Analyse customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in accordance with company procedures.
Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Knowledge of financial services or experience working within the finance sector is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify trends or issues.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
