What you'll do:
Handle customer enquiries with patience and professionalism
Manage post, emails, and records with accuracy
Support claims submissions and resolve issues before they escalate
Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance
What we're looking for:
Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Positive attitude and adaptability for both repetitive tasks and busy call days
Previous customer service experience (claims/complaints handling is a plus)
