Your Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor - First Year Team





Whether you are just starting out, returning to work, or looking for a career change, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team. Our First Year Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for customers needing help with furniture repairs, warranty claims, and general queries. You will be enrolled in our bespoke customer service training programme, designed to help you thrive in your role and grow your confidence.

What You Will Be Doing




Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy. Scheduling furniture repair appointments and coordinating logistics. Working closely with technicians and internal teams to resolve customer issues. Maintaining accurate records using our bespoke systems and client platforms. Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment. Managing tasks under pressure while keeping a customer-first mindset.

Essential Skills & Qualities:




Strong communication skills - written and verbal. A positive attitude and willingness to adapt. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Team spirit and personal accountability. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Desirable (but not essential):




Previous experience in customer service or administration.
