What you'll be doing
No two days are quite the same here. You'll be supporting customers via phone, live chat and email, helping with everything from product queries to delivery updates.
You'll get full training and plenty of support along the way, because we know that when you feel confident, our customers feel well looked after too.
Whether you're answering a quick question or solving a more complex issue, you'll bring a calm, clear and customer-focused approach to every interaction

We're here for our customers
7 days a week
, so we're looking for people who can be entirely flexible, which includes evenings and weekends.
During your first 4 weeks, you'll be in training Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm, giving you plenty of time to settle in and get confident.
After that, you'll
move onto a rotating shift pattern
that could include:
Weekdays: 8 am - 9 pm
Saturdays: 8 am - 6:30 pm
Sundays: 9 am - 5 pm
Shifts will vary from week to week and may change depending on business needs, so if you're someone who enjoys a bit of variety and can stay flexible, we think you'll feel right at home here.

12.21 per hour
