Job Description

At Winstanleys Bikes we are looking to invest in a new addition to our busy Sales & Customer Service team.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be in direct contact with our customers by telephone and email. You'll need the ability to work accurately and efficiently, at pace to achieve set targets. We have identified the following skill set as a minimum requirement.

.Retaining and utilising new found product knowledge and internal processes. Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken. An appetite for pursuing and adding on sales with a genuine concern for matching product to customer. An honest passion for providing the highest quality customer service experience possible.

Task flexibility is also important to us as you may be required to help out in other areas as suits the needs of the business.

Salary is up to 25k per year and is experience and product knowledge related.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
