to provide product, service and sales support to customers.

Our Customer Service Advisor opportunity is offered on a on a full time, permanent basis working 35 hours per week; Monday Friday 9am 5pm. You will receive a competitive salary of 24,740 per annum plus excellent company benefits including;

As our Customer Service Advisor you will be required to;
Be the first point of contact for customers, dealing with queries and complaints
Utilise relevant systems, databases and documents for managing customer contacts and accurately and completely recording returns / swap out / stock information
Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Follow the data protection procedure to confirm customer details when taking in or out bound calls
Participate in the product training programmes to enhance product knowledge and skills
Support Route Planning Team on various projects/tasks as directed
Contribute to the financial accountability of the department
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department
Our ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and experience;
Experience in a similar role is essential
5 GCSEs A-C (including English and Maths)
Computer literate able to use all MS packages
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills
Good administration and organisation skills
For Hybrid working, IT equipment will be provided however you must have your own internet connection.
