Customer Service Advisor
Full Time 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday -
Either 8:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30 or 9:30-18:00 (shift dependant on business needs)

We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Service Team, the heart of our customer experience. You'll play a key role in building lasting relationships, resolving queries, and helping our customers grow their businesses.
If you're a confident, empathetic communicator with a passion for helping others as well as a resilient multi-tasker who thrives in a busy fast-moving environment then this role could be for you.
A strong desire to provide outstanding customer service is essential for this role, ideally backed by experience in a similar customer-focused position with performance targets. On a day-to-day basis, you'll handle customer enquiries across multiple channels--including phone, email, live chat, and social media--resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. You'll also process orders, nurture lasting customer relationships, and identify opportunities to encourage repeat business.
A team player who adapts well to change and is always looking to improve you will contribute to fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise and organise effectively whilst being an attentive listener focussed on putting our customers first.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Essential
Excellent customer service skills, putting customer experience first.
Experience in a previous multi-channel Customer Service role.
Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Good IT skills (including Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel).
Ability to use all media (telephone, print, email, social media, internet) to provide information to customers.
Excellent telephone manner with first class communication skills.
A genuine desire to help our customers to develop their businesses.
Desirable
Some outbound telesales experience.
Experience of using a CRM system such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.
Ability to work flexible hours on occasion, with advance notice.
