is one of the leading UK manufacturers of Windows and Doors based in Rayleigh, Essex. We are now looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team to help to grow our business.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. This is a varied role in which you will be able to provide accurate order processing, provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and by resolving issues for our customers. You will also be providing guidance and sales support for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and help us provide the best experience. This position requires effective communication, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Main Responsibilities:



Liaising professionally with customers by both telephone and email Processing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail Logging complaints and resolving customer issues Assisting customer requiring information on products/services Ordering goods and liaising with suppliers

Experience and skills required:



Good communication skills by both verbal and written Ability to multi-task and prioritise Confidence to deal with any situation and to know when to ask for help Desire to learn and a 'can do' attitude Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in a Customer Service position (not essential as full training will be given) Experience in the Window Industry (not essential as full training will be given) Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Outstanding IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office package) A-Levels or GCSEs
Experience using Window Designer software greatly beneficial but not essential (full training will be given)

Hours of Work:

Mon to Fri 8:30-16:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 24,000.00 per year
