We provide a dedicated design, installation, servicing, and commissioning service to some of the most prominent commercial properties in London.

We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to work in our sales and estimating team. You will become a key part of our Trace Heating Supplies (THS) department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior customer service or sales administrative experience who's ready to take on a varied and impactful role. It will require technical training in our systems and products over a period of time and provide the potential for development into an estimating career path for the right candidate. In this role, you will support our Estimating Team by handling incoming sales enquiries, processing orders via our website and internal systems, and providing key customer and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via our website and phone.
Generate supply-only pricing quotes using our internal pricing matrix.
Provide technical data sheets and stored product information to customers.
Process ecommerce and phone orders, update PO numbers, and liaise with logistics.
Manage credit applications and coordinate with the accounts department.
Keep website content (pricing, product listings, photos) up to date.
Assist customers with online ordering, app support, and payment options.
Liaise with suppliers for pricing, stock availability, and delivery times.
Create online orders and support seamless customer transactions.
Support international shipping arrangements with courier partners.
Assist colleagues when they're absent and support other administrative tasks as needed.
The Ideal Person:
1+ years' experience in customer service or sales administration in a similar sector such as, B2B.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Organised, methodical, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
A team player with strong attention to detail and initiative.
High level of attention to detail.
Experience of using systems such as, Microsoft Office to a good standard.
Has a pass of level A-C or 9-5 in Maths GCSE.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with ecommerce platforms or maintaining a web shop.
Knowledge of international shipping processes.
Familiarity with technical or product-based industries.
