We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join our excellent team. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our Customer Service Department. Your duties will include:

Communication:

handling incoming calls and managing sales email inbox.

Order Management:

processing sales orders, issuing order confirmations, and handling quotations.

Customer Support:

addressing delivery queries, resolving complaints, and managing returns and collections.

Documentation:

updating customer price lists, processing proof of delivery requests, and filing paperwork.
