We are a busy team who manage every aspect of the customer's daily journey, whilst providing excellent personalized customer care in a fast paced performance based environment.

This customer facing role will be a perfect fit for someone with experience in customer service and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations.

About you

You are a well-presented individual with a desire and attitude to learn new skills and expand your knowledge in the automotive industry.

You will have good organisation and administrative skills, knowledge of dealer management systems would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be confident in up-selling and managing customer objections, turning negatives in to positives.

About the role

In the role of customer service advisor you will be responsible for the following day to day tasks;

Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload.

Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as managing inbound telephone bookings, online enquiries, face to face queries and making follow-up calls.

Liaising with the Workshop, Parts and Sales department to ensure customer's vehicles are ready on time.

Advising the customer of further work that may be required and up-selling, ensuring to achieve this through the relationship you build throughout the journey.

Working Monday - Friday with alternating Saturday Mornings
