A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor at Yeovil Accident Repair,
At Yeovil Accident Repair excellent customer service is essential. Our Customer Service Advisors will create the right first impression, giving a warm welcome and projecting our commitment to individual customer service.
As a key point of contact for our customer's, they will identify requirements, arrange customer appointments, and hand over vehicles. They will be professional, confident and highly organised. And no matter the situation, be able to empathise and understand customer needs, establish relationships, and contribute to delivering excellence.
Candidates should have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment along with strong IT and telephone skills.
Full time hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.00pm.
A driving licence is essential in this role.
