Performance 3000, winners of the IGA small garage of the year UK 2023, are looking for a customer service advisor to join our small friendly team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is driven to meet our expected standards and maintain our unmatched reputation over the last 20 years.

You should have a positive attitude and enjoy communicating with a range of people from suppliers, fleet companies and to our private and account customers too. You must also have a passion for delivering great customer service.

An ideal candidate would have as follows:

Have at least 5 year's experience (Workshop or front of house)

Be used to Epyx 1 Link Program (Advantageous not essential)

Salary up to 40k depending on experience plus pension and other benefits.

This is a full-time position working 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Hours can be negotiable for the right candidate.
