Exciting Opportunity: Entry-Level Customer Support Advisor

Your Role:



Be the friendly face of our company, engaging with customer over the phone, and via email and our ticketing system. Tackle customer queries including spare part requests, returns, cases, and claims. Chase up couriers and be the delivery hero our customers need. Handle multiple queries across various marketplaces, whilst maintaining Monster's infamous tone of voice and high customer service expectations. Offer unique solutions for our amazing customers. Celebrate with us as we track feedback, always aiming higher.

Skills We Love:



An upbeat, can-do attitude, staying calm under pressure. Team player with the drive to shine independently. Eager to learn and grow, with a focus on fantastic outcomes. A multitasking maestro with an eye for detail. Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office. Good technical knowledge (a bonus, not a must!). Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
