We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. This role involves first Line contact for trade customer enquiries, trouble shoot to resolve queries or pass to Tech Support. They will also Input cases on to internal system and liaise with stakeholders to bring resolution.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Ownership for achieving customer response/ resolution targets
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including upselling when applicable
Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Assisting customers with part orders and returns.

Strong communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a professional tone during all interactions
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
