The Role



This is an exciting dynamic office-based role suitable for someone with good verbal and written communication skills, and have a full understanding of one or more shopping channels such as Ebay, Onbuy or Amazon.

Based in our Customer Services team in our Chorley HQ, the ideal candidate will take responsibility for responding to product and order delivery enquiries from our customers via telephone and/or email.

Secondary Duties



To perform well in this role you will be required to learn about our product ranges where you'll be supported and training given. You will also be expected to perform some administrative tasks from time to time to help report on Customer Service issues to the wider business.

Candidates MUST (Essential)



Be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be a confident communicator with a professional telephone manner. Show proficiency in the use of a PC (in particular email software). Demonstrate ability to prioritize work and have good time management skills.

Candidates SHOULD



Have experience working in an office environment performing customer service/administrative tasks. Possess an interest and understanding of home furniture market... Demonstrate an understanding of eBay and Amazon selling platforms.

The Ideal Candidate:



12 months experience within Customer Services for an Ecommerce retailer. Commercially astute with drive and a self-start attitude. Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
