Central Waste is looking for a well organised individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within customer services, a knowledge of marketing would be advantageous:
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:-
Contacting existing customers by telephone and relationship building to promote services
Provide support for the customer services team
Computer literate with a high level of accuracy in data processing and attention to detail
Fully conversant with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Capable of managing and prioritising
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
Ability to work individually or as part of a team
Experience in a similar role and industry would also be advantageous.
