Duties
Meeting and Greeting Customers
Processing new claims
Booking customers in for repairs
Arranging collections/deliveries
Customer Updates
Managing Courtesy Vehicles.
Dealing with all incoming/outgoing calls.
Keeping management system up to date
General Reception duties
Experience
Minimum of 2 years office or administrative experience is highly desirable.
Computer Literate is essential
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in similar role is beneficial.
