In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Analyse customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions. Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks to ensure customer records are up-to-date. Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers. Upsell additional products or services based on customer requirements. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

Experience



Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential as training can be given to the right candidate Strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyse information and provide solutions effectively. Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems. A friendly disposition with excellent phone etiquette is crucial for this role. Experience in upselling techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
