The team you'll join:

At HSS ProService Marketplace, our Fulfilment team is at the heart of connecting customers with trusted supplier partners. As a key part of this dynamic group, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our products and processes, forming close relationships across our operations network to ensure customers receive what they need, on time and in budget.

The impact you'll have:

You'll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

A typical day:

Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any logistics queries Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process Coordinating third-party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries Prioritising preferred suppliers in line with contracts, aiming to maintain positive margins Negotiating with suppliers when needed to optimise contract costs Educating customers on our diverse divisions to enhance service value Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including job completion rates and margins
