We're currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team at Peterlee.

As a Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!

Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A clear and professional phone manner Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
