Autostyle is currently looking to Recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our Team.
The suitable candidate would:
- Have Relevant experience working within a Customer Service / Sales role.
- Be flexible, motivated and driven.
- Work well within a team.
- Develop and encourage new ideas to streamline processes.
- Be organised, methodical and responsible.
- Have good prioritising skills.
- Have a great telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Have Knowledge and experience working with basic computer software.
- Knowledge within the Automotive sector is preferred
- Sales/Telesales Experience is Preferred
The Main responsibilities would be (but not limited to):
- Answering the telephone and responding to voicemails and Online Enquiries
- Provide support and guidance to our existing clients
- Responding to customer sales enquiries
- Demonstrate the products we have to offer
- Working in accordance to the companies policies and procedures
- Communicating with customers over the phone, via email and in person.
- Scheduling Appointments
- Managing Customer Invoices & Accounts
- Product Sales & Invoicing
Basic Experience or background in Motor Trade is desirable although training will be provided. Applicants must be over 18. The working hours will be Mon-Sat Between 9AM-5PM including breaks. The pay will be based on the National Minimum Wage + Sales Commission
Applicants should be CRB Cleared.
