We currently have a vacancy for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Advisor/Supervisor

Salary - based on experience

Hours - 42.5 hours a week (08:00 - 17:00)

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing role ideally within the motor industry and be able to provide a first-class customer experience.

The successful candidate will:

have a driven 'can do' attitude have a good eye for detail excellent customer service skills experience of working in a customer facing environment good systems and IT experience including word and excel excellent communication skills excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise work in accordance with the needs of the business experience of resolving and effectively dealing with queries high level of personal and professional integrity experience of sage would be beneficial open to working with new processes and able to adapt quickly
