The individual needs to have a strong administrative background, abilty to multi task, good customer service/people skills, be highly organised and able to work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are a must across a variety of platforms. Previous experience completing warranty submissions would be ideal however training will be given. Also a desire to learn about our popular industry that brings joy and the freedom of travel to our customers is a must!
The job description includes but isn't limited to;
Submit detailed claims to manufacturers and support advisors in submission of claims
Invoice warranty claims to manufacturers
Register all new vans to start warranty
Chasing and submitting warranty claims and orders for dispatch dates
Ensure revenue is maximised by maximising warranty claims and invoicing whilst returning unused parts into stock and faulty parts for credit
Making timed appointments and dealing with drop off's and collections by customers
Making bookings with reference to the workshop diary to ensure sufficient time to complete the repair
Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks
Greeting customers and being the first point of contact when they arrive
Respond to calls, emails and enquiries in a reasonable timeframe and professionally, referring the caller to the appropriate person/department, taking any messages where required.
Provide a pro-active service to customers to update them on outstanding claims
Build a strong relationship with manufacturers and respond to any incoming tasks or queries
Assist with work in progress document control, ensuring all necessary information is gathered, documented and included in the customers paperwork
Ensuring quality control including demonstrating repairs to customers before the vehicle is collected
