Banbury Postiche, a respected leader in the world of hair replacement for the NHS, film, and theatre, is looking for a friendly and organised individual to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This isn't just a standard admin role; you'll be at the very heart of our operations, ensuring our diverse clients receive the exceptional service we're known for.
What You'll Be Doing (The Day-to-Day):
Be the Voice of Banbury Postiche:
You'll manage our phone lines, taking customer orders, answering questions, and being the helpful, go-to person for our clients.
Own the Order Process:
From the moment an order comes in to the second it's dispatched, you'll ensure everything is accurate, efficient, and seamless. This includes inputting, invoicing, picking, and packing.
Keep the Office Running Smoothly:
You'll help manage stock, handle company post, and even get creative with our social media channels.
Collaborate and Contribute:
Work as a vital part of our team, bringing your ideas and energy to help us grow.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
A background in a customer-focused or office-based role.
A keen eye for detail - accuracy is your middle name!
Great IT skills (Word, Excel, and email are second nature to you).
A positive attitude and fantastic communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Maternity Cover (01/09/2025 - 30/06/2026)
Salary:
24,000 a year
Bonus:

Hours:
Great work-life balance with a 9-to-5, Monday to Friday schedule.
