The Role - What You'll Be Doing



As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring smooth bookings and an excellent guest experience.

Your duties will include:

Representing our agency positively, upholding our values and service standards Assisting guests with finding suitable properties, availability checks, bookings, and payments - in person, by phone, email, or online chat Processing bookings from our website and external platforms Managing booking details and payments Communicating clearly with guests, property owners, and suppliers Responding promptly to enquiries and guest reviews Updating our booking systems and ensuring data accuracy Handling guest queries and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism Assisting with property management tasks, including liaising with owners and updating compliance records Performing day-to-day administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and suggesting improvements where appropriate

What We're Looking For



While we provide full training on our systems and processes, you'll ideally bring:

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Previous experience in a customer service role (experience in holiday lettings is a bonus) A customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for helping others Alignment with our company values and a proactive attitude Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Welsh language skills would be a bonus, but not essential
