Job Description

Arrow is the is a well renown and trusted Private Hire transport provider in the Leeds, Bradford and Bristol areas. Arrow is part of the DG Group. We are trusted to deliver a professional, high quality service throughout our business.

We are looking for two Customer Service Agent & Dispatchers on a minimum 16 hour contract (with the opportunity for more) to join our weekend team for weekend shifts at our Baildon office to cover 8 hour shifts, Friday night to Sunday night with a combination of 8 hour shifts. You must be available to cover up to 2am on Friday night and Saturday night shifts and 11pm on Sunday evening shifts.

This role has a 1.50 per hour uplift between the hours of 10pm - 6am

You will be fully trained on our computer systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:


Dealing with passenger's face to face
Inbound and outbound phone calls
Working in a fast-paced environment
Solving problems
Helping customers
Answering emails

Qualifications and Skills:


Excellent communication skills
Computer Literate
Strong customer service skills
Motivated and professional

Experience in the taxi industry would be highly beneficial.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.98 per hour
