Hemway is an Online manufacturer of DIY products who is currently recruiting for a Customer Service E-commerce Agent to joint our Customer service department

We are looking for someone with a pro-active attitude who is very eager to learn and put their skills to good use. Someone who always goes the extra mile and is keen to evolve and gain more responsibilities within the company.

Main responsibilities:

Assisting with all order issues. Maintaining the health of our marketplaces. Responding to customer queries by written messages Diagnosing and resolving any delivery issues with our delivery partners Refunding / Resending damaged / faulty orders. Using your initiative to create new opportunities within your role Answering the office phone and speaking with customers.

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills/requirements:

Customer service experience. Web and e-commerce savvy person wishing to expand their skills Knowledge of eBay/Amazon or other marketplaces. Good written and oral communication Great computer skills and typing experience Knowledge of Excel would be beneficial Organized, quick learner, innovative Someone who is responsible and reliable, who we can really count on Self-motivated, team player, good eye for detail A person who is full of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop professionally

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
