25,080 per year
Opportunity to earn up to 250 in commission each month

Hours
Two-week rotational shift pattern
Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM every second week
The role of Customer Service Agent:
Handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with outstanding debt
Accurately updating customer account notes after each interaction
Providing high-quality service while ensuring customers are treated fairly and respectfully
The ideal Customer Service Agent:
Excellent customer service skills, gained either in a contact centre or face-to-face environment
A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage challenging conversations with empathy and confidence
